"Great sturdy 4 wheels, appreciate the adjustable lengths for handle and numerous other grab straps. Easily held 2 weeks clothing. The only suggestion to include would be an outer sleeve/cording net to hold a jacket/slicker. Great product… my other bag is 15 years old and still used regularly. Great company !"
Reduce the total weight of the bag
"It's way too heavy and will eat up most of your weight allowance for carry-ons with most non-US Airlines! Simplify straps and reduce the overall weight - then it will be the PERFECT bag! Ideally, it should be half the weight!!!"

"Quality is mostly great. The handle on this tends to unlock itself while you're rolling it. Also, the clips that fit over the zippers don't clip together easily. And when you're in a hurry to open the bag in the airport, it's inconvenient to unclip the clips that are over the zipper. It's rare (for me never) that I have so little packed in a carry on that I would need those clips to strap it down. I did purchase a pair of backpack straps on Amazon to make this a convertible bag. There should be more convertible bags with the backpack straps on the outside, so you can pick it up quickly (when getting on a train or an escalator) then put it back down and roll it again without having to stop and tuck the backpack straps in. Lastly, some women's colors would be great!!"

"Great piece of carry on luggage. We have identical pieces and love them. Great quality and construction. Fabric heavy duty. Straps allow easy compression of the clothes inside. Roll easily. A quality piece of luggage would highly recommend them."
