"We’ve taken this bag all over and find it perfect for light-weight international travel. I prefer a roller but there have been times, like navigating to our 500 stair hotel in Sorrento Italy, where the backpack straps have been a lifesaver. I use the eagle creek packing cubes and can just fit what I need. Also love tht Eagle Creek has a lifetime repair warranty on their products in case anything breaks- great company overall."
"Good wheeled duffle for an international carry-on. I just mail used it for a 30 day trip and I really liked the compact size. However, I found the backpack straps took up a significant amount of space and their storage location negatively impacts the length of the main compartment, making the packing space shorter. The straps are not detachable and I am considering cutting them off if I can get some capacity back."

"I packed for a month long trip to Indian and China. This 21. 5” carry-on was amazing. Several times I was able to place this carry on luggage where others could not. Even both India and China security checks were easier, as the security personnel easily accessed the many storage pockets. The exterior fabric is very durable, and the wheeled luggage was easy to tote through India & China airports, and China’s train stations. Also, there were no problems carrying this luggage on China’s high speed railroads to Beijing, Taiyuan, and Xi’an. Even a road trip to Inner Mongolia was made easier because of the light weight and small size of the luggage. I didn’t have any luggage to check throughout the trip. This luggage is definitely a nice piece of work! A+++++"
