This is my perfect carry-on bag. The bag fits lengthwise in most overhead lockers when others have to place their bag sideways to fit. The soft top means it squishes easily into place (my husband had a smaller case and could not fit it as easily). I could not believe how easy it was to organize my stuff in this case, with the pack-it cubes. I easily packed enough for a week's stay, just in this 22" case. (I'm getting better, but I am not a light packer!). I would wholeheartedly recommend it for frequent travelers who want to take just a little more stuff with them, on board.
