I LOVE this bag. It is comfortable and not too big but big enough for all my crap. I love the separate shoe pocket, the zip-off daypack with the document and valuables storage in the back, the locking zippers, the multiple water bottle holders, and how comfortable it is (and I'm really short). I haven't used it very heavily yet but it seems sturdy. My one complaint is that it doesnt have a good place to attach a cable lock, which needs to be attached to both bags. When I am asleep on a sketchy train somewhere it makes me nervous that the cable lock is only through a strap thick, which could be cut with a little effort.
