This shoulder bag exceeded my expectations. I actually use all three methods of carrying it every day. It looks better in person than in its photos. The shoulder strap slings easily over the passenger seat headrest so I can have it handy on my commute. The backpack straps make it easy to carry on a scooter. With all the straps tucked away -- quick and easy, by the way -- the bag looks ready for a business environment, even looks rather elegant. Buy it; you'll be really happy with it. I love the options for carrying this bag - handle for quick grabs, backpacks for long walks between airport terminals, and shoulder strap for everyday use. My 17" laptop fits (snugly) into the laptop compartment, but was not allowed to be left in the compartment during security, as I thought it would be. Also, the shoulder strap adjusters slip often, extending the strap to an uncomfortable length rather quickly. But other than that, I love all the optional organizational details, especially the zip pocket with a fleece lining. Great for small electronics like iPods that you don't want getting scratched. I also like the structure of the inside flat spaces to hold folders upright and slim. And, can't helping loving that the green color matches my other Eagle Creek luggage! Thanks!
